I found the bed genuinely comfortable. the breakfast buffet offered an excellent selection and quality. i particularly appreciated the complimentary red wine i received upon my return to the room. It was a very generous gesture that will bring me back

staff were very friendly. the rooms were spacious and clean and the bathroom had a waterfall shower. the restaurant had food and wines to choose from. the bar in the lobby had cocktails and alcohol for everyone.
the room was not ready when i checked in very late. the room i got was smaller than expected. the camp bed for the third person was small. the room felt cramped.

I found the staff to be very helpful and honest. I appreciated their assistance in returning my belongings after I had left. I also enjoyed the excellent, freshly cooked breakfast. The variety was excellent, and the staff were attentive. Benjamin, the Concierge, ensured my wedding anniversary stay was very special. He managed our parking, check-in, and evening meal arrangements very well.
The rooftop terrace was not open.

The gym was stocked with new equipment and that was fine.
The bar service was slow. Each round of drinks took over 30 minutes. Our order never arrived, but it did appear on the bill. I noticed an electric socket hanging off the wall in my room, it's a joke.

Breakfast was good with both a la carte options and a buffet.
The senior concierge was unhelpful and unfriendly. He contradicted a hotel message about a reserved car space and demanded a higher price for valet parking. The reception, lobby, and bar shared one space which I did not find appealing.
